Terms & Conditions

Effective October 2025

Welcome to Harmony Flowers (Dubai). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are in AED and include VAT within the UAE.
• Flower Orders: full payment is required at checkout.
• Event Orders:
  • 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking.
  • Remaining 50% due 48 hours before the event.
  • Events booked within 48 hours require 100% payment upfront.
• Orders begin only after payment is confirmed.

2. Deliveries

• We deliver across the UAE.
• Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
• If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will apply.
• Collections are available by prior arrangement.

3. Substitutions & Quality

• Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
• We may substitute blooms of equal or higher value while maintaining the design and style shown.
• Every arrangement is handmade; minor variations may occur.
• Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Flower Orders: cancellations accepted only more than 24 hours before delivery.
• Event Orders:
  • Initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event = 100% forfeiture.
• Approved refunds are issued as store credit (valid 6 months).

5. Events & Setup

• Final designs confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
• Changes after confirmation may affect pricing.
• Delays or access restrictions at the venue may incur extra fees.
• Post-setup, Harmony Flowers is not liable for damage caused by third parties or venue staff.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

• Harmony Flowers’ liability is limited to the value of the order.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
• We may reschedule or issue partial credit for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (weather, government restrictions, supply issues, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, text, and designs on this website are owned by Harmony Flowers (Dubai).
Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
